I'm Nania Girard Sergi, and Montreal Wedding Films began the day I was called to rescue a wedding when the videographer didn't show.

What could have been a disaster became my passion. That couple's relief revealed what this work is truly about: not just beautiful footage, but trust, presence, and honoring people's most cherished moments with care and artistry.

Equipped with a background in Communications and Theatre and discreet gear, I bring a documentary approach to weddings, celebrations and portraits—building trust quickly and capturing intimate, unscripted moments that reveal the essence of it all.

Based in Montreal, I've had the privilege of working across sophisticated celebrations, intimate tea parties, multicultural and 2SLGBTQIA+ weddings—each one a unique love story deserving of intentional storytelling.

Off the clock, you'll find me in the mountains, on the water, or capturing moments with my family and our animals. I'm drawn to movement, nature, and the quiet joy of being present.
